Ordering & Shipping

Shipping Options & Costs

I offer two shipping selections at checkout:

• Standard Shipping ($10): Your order will ship USPS Ground. However, if the cost of USPS Priority is under or around $10, I will upgrade your order to Priority at no additional cost.
• Express Shipping ($15): Guarantees your order will ship USPS Priority for faster delivery.

Shipping times vary based on location and carrier service. Please note that processing times still apply before your order is shipped.

Processing & Shipping Times

Processing times are always listed upfront to ensure transparency. Reading this section carefully helps set clear expectations and avoids confusion.

Premade sale items have a processing time of 5-7 business days.

Pre-order items will have a "Will start shipping on a (specific date)" listed - processing time for pre-orders is the date listed + 5-7 business days. 

Please account for additional time during back-to-back sales and large sales. Vice of Vieve operates as a one-person team, and your support and patience are truly appreciated.

Orders may not always ship in the exact sequence they were placed, but rest assured, all orders will be fulfilled.

Can I update or combine my order after placing it?
Due to the high volume of orders and the handmade nature of my products, I am unable to combine multiple orders or make changes (such as adding items or changing fragrance selections) after the 24-hour cancellation window. This ensures I can maintain accurate processing and fulfillment timelines.

Potential Delays
External factors such as supply chain issues, seasonal demand, or severe weather events can extend processing and delivery timelines. In such cases, updates will be provided via email or posted on the website.

Route Shipping Protection
Selecting Route Shipping Protection at checkout provides peace of mind by covering your shipment against loss or damage during transit. If Route Shipping Protection is not selected, you assume full responsibility for any issues. Remember to check out directly on my website rather than through the Shop app to ensure this coverage is available.

Lost or Misdelivered Packages
Once your package is transferred to the shipping carrier, I am not responsible for any issues that arise during transit. If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please take the following steps:

• Verify that the package wasn’t left in an unexpected location.
•  Check with neighbors or household members.
•  Contact your local postal office or delivery service center.
•  Wait 48 hours after the delivery status update, as packages may be scanned prematurely.

To safeguard your order, it is strongly recommended to select Route Shipping Protection during checkout. Please note that Route Shipping Protection is not available if you place your order through the Shop app—always complete your purchase directly through my website to ensure your shipment is covered.

If the package remains missing, you will need to file a claim with Route or the shipping carrier. Should you need assistance with this process, feel free to contact me for guidance.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please review your shipping address carefully before finalizing your order. If you discover an error, contact me immediately—corrections can only be made before your order is shipped. Vice of Vieve is not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided during checkout.

Returned to Sender
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to retrieve it, you may request a reshipment at your expense. Alternatively, you may opt for store credit minus the original shipping cost.

Damaged Items
In the event your order arrives damaged, notify me within 48 hours of receipt. Include detailed photos of both the damaged product and its packaging. Depending on the circumstances, a replacement, refund, or store credit will be issued.

Preorders & Custom Orders
Orders containing preorder or custom items will ship once all items are prepared. This may extend the processing time if any custom products require additional preparation.

International Shipping
For international orders, delivery times vary depending on the destination and customs clearance processes. The customer is responsible for any customs fees or taxes imposed by their country. Customs-related delays are beyond my control.

Packaging & Presentation 
At Vice of Vieve, I take immense pride in my elite packaging, designed to feel like a special gift adorned with beautiful details, including signature roses. Each order is carefully wrapped to ensure your unboxing experience is as luxurious as the fragrances themselves. However, due to order volume and supply availability, you may occasionally receive your items in a recycled shipping box. This helps me stay mindful of sustainability while ensuring your products arrive safely. Rest assured, the quality and presentation of your items inside remain as exceptional as ever.

Please note, there may be rare instances where a supplier-provided label differs slightly from the approved design. While the fragrance name will remain consistent, I am committed to ensuring these discrepancies are minimized and do not affect the high standards of quality you expect from me.

Restocks & Updates
My restock schedule varies based on production time and customer demand. To stay informed about upcoming restocks, exclusive sales, and new product launches, I encourage you to follow my business page on Facebook and sign up for my newsletter. Following my page ensures you never miss an update and allows you to be a part of my growing community that shares a love for unique, handcrafted fragrances.

What if I don’t like the scent I ordered?
Fragrance preferences are highly subjective, and I understand that not every scent may be a perfect match. While I cannot accept returns for personal preference, I recommend trying samples first whenever available to help you find your perfect fragrance match.

Do I automatically receive free items during promotions?
Certain promotions may include free gifts or samples, but they are only available while supplies last and may vary depending on order size or specific terms. Be sure to read the details of each promotion carefully. I do my best to spread joy, but quantities for free items are limited.

Can you hold my order for a later shipping date?
Due to storage limitations and to keep processing efficient, I am unable to hold orders for future shipment dates. Once an order is placed, it will be processed and shipped according to the stated timeline.

Can I place a large order?
If you are interested in placing a large order or purchasing multiple bottles of the same scent, please reach out beforehand. Since I am a one-woman team, this ensures I can manage inventory and keep items available for everyone. Bulk orders may be subject to limits to ensure fairness.

Why do new releases take time to restock?
Creating new fragrances takes time due to the artisanal blending process and small-batch production. I prioritize quality over quantity, so restocks and new releases may take a little longer. Your patience helps me maintain the high standards that make each fragrance special.

Products & Ingredients

Are your perfumes vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes! All of my products are 100% vegan and cruelty-free. I never test on animals and ensure my ingredients are ethically sourced. Instead of using animal-derived ingredients, I carefully replicate those scents using synthetic compounds that achieve the same rich, complex notes without compromising my values.

My fragrances are created with a meticulous blend of high-quality accords, essences, and aromatic compounds sourced from some of the most prestigious suppliers in the world. I take pride in crafting unique, long-lasting perfumes by combining artisanal expertise with cutting-edge aromatic innovation.

Appearances
It is normal for perfume oils to appear cloudy, contain small flakes from natural or synthetic materials, separate, or deepen in color over time. These changes are natural and usually don’t require more than a gentle shake to blend the contents.

Marshmallow Deux Point 0 may sometimes crystallize when exposed to extreme cold. If you notice crystals forming, gently warming the bottle can dissolve them. While still safe to use, this crystallization can sometimes clog the atomizer. If the bottle becomes unusable, please send me a photo, and I will provide a replacement.

Maturation
I embrace the natural changes that occur as my perfumes age and settle. My fragrances are ready to experience upon arrival, but you may find that the scent profile benefits from resting for a few days to recover from temperature shifts during shipping.

Over time, the depth and complexity of each scent may continue to evolve and become richer. I take care to ensure each fragrance is well-blended, but you may prefer to let your perfume mature further to achieve your desired aroma. Setting your bottle aside for a few weeks or months can help it reach the level of character you enjoy most.

Are your perfumes safe for sensitive skin?
My perfumes are created using high-quality ingredients, but individual sensitivities can vary. I recommend performing a small patch test before full use. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Do you offer custom fragrances?
At this time, I do not offer custom fragrances. However, I am continuously working to expand my collection with distinctive, memorable scents inspired by your feedback and evolving trends. You can always use the Contact Me form to suggest scents or fragrance ideas you'd love to see in future releases.

Sales & Discounts

Do you offer any discounts?
I occasionally offer discount codes. Be sure to follow me on social media and sign up for my newsletter to stay updated on upcoming promotions.

How can I purchase items between sales?
As of current, I no longer offer NO FOMO sales. Instead, items are released during scheduled premade sales and are available until they sell out. At this time, invoice options are not available, but I may reintroduce this feature in the future. If there is a specific item you'd like to see available for preorder, please use the Contact Me form on my website to let me know.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of my perfumes, my return policy is clear: I do not offer refunds. You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it; after that window closes, cancellations will not be accepted. The only exception to this rule is if your order experiences a delay of more than 15 business days beyond the listed processing time. 

If a return is permitted, please allow 7-10 business days for a replacement to be shipped back out after the returned item has been received and processed.

How can I contact customer support?
You can reach me by email at info@viceofvieve.com or through the contact form on my website. Please allow up to 3 business days for a response. I respond to inquiries Monday through Friday and am unavailable on weekends. As a one-person team, your patience is greatly appreciated, and I will do my best to address your questions or concerns as quickly as possible.

Do you work with influencers?
At this time, I do not have formal partnerships with influencers. Any gifted products are provided solely at my discretion.

At Vice of Vieve, every product is meticulously handmade with attention to detail and a passion for fragrance. As a one-person business, I handle every step of the process—from blending and bottling to packaging and shipping. Because of this, slight variations in labels, blends, or packaging may occur. These small imperfections are a natural part of artisanal, small-batch production and do not affect the quality or performance of the product.
